William Mbongo receives Fulbright Scholarship

Congratulations!

William Mbongo, a senior in the department, has been named a 2018-2019 Fulbright Scholar. He will be spending his year abroad in the laboratory of Dr. Robert Weil at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, studying inflammation and the immune system, before starting medical school in 2019. William is currently studying the regulation of phospholipase C enzymes in the cardiovascular system in the lab of Angeline Lyon.
